The application is no longer compatible with iPad 1 (first generation) devices. It requires the second generation or higher iPads or the first generation iPad Mini.
Premier Practice GPs can refer Personal Health Programmes members to a Biokineticist and/or Dietitian.
HealthID is only for doctors who practise in South Africa. You will not be able to use this application if you do not fall into this category of users.
